Dr. Ryan Rose is a Florida native and attended the University of Florida where he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and a Division 1 athlete on the cheerleading team. Dr. Rose was a member of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine – School of Dental Medicine charter class and earned his D.M.D in 2016. During Dental School Dr. Rose accepted a commission with the United States Army and completed tours as an AEGD resident at Ft. Jackson, SC, Officer in Charge (OIC) at The United States Army War College, and staff dentist at the 7th Special Forces Group. Major Rose completed Air Assault school and earned the coveted Expert Field Medical Badge. He also won the MEDCOM Atlantic Region Best Warrior Competition and was selected as the Region Health Command Atlantic Officer of the Year. He received an Honorable Discharge from Active Duty and continues to serve as an Army Reservist with the 7222 Medical Support Unit out of Tampa, Fl. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Hillsborough County Dental Association, and their parish community. During his free time he enjoys working out, outdoor and high adventure activities, sporting events, concerts, wining and dining, travel, and spending time with his beautiful wife and three children: Nikolas, Vincent and Victoria.
